To track your complaints / inquiries, you need to create a free account by clicking Sign In and then click Sign Up. Enter your Full Name and Email, enter the security question and click Sign Up. You will get an email with a link in the email address you provided. By clicking the link you would be able to enter your password which you can use later to sign in.
Once you sign in to the account you just created, you would be able to view all your pending / completed complaints or requests and would be able to see the history of your requests and complaints.
NOTE: If you do not get any email to set your new password, please click Forgot my password button while signing in and enter your email. You will get a link to reset your password (or set a new password).
