What document / information is required while submitting a request?


It depends on the type of request whether it is a complaint or a general inquiry. Also, it depends on the type of inquiry whether it is being submitted just to get some information or any quotation is required.

Generally, while submitting quotations, necessary documents are required such as drawings or list of items but then again, it all depends upon the type of request.

If you are submitting any complaint, please make sure to submit complete details about the complaint including product model numbers and serial numbers (if any). This would help us to serve you better.
