Before Submitting Your Request
Collect as much information about the affected equipment or system as possible.
This may include:
- Product/system type
- Model number
- Serial number
- Project/site name
- Location
- Description of the issue
- Error or warning indications
- Photographs or videos
- Previous service/ticket reference
Describe the Problem Clearly
Explain:
What happened?
Describe the issue you are experiencing.
When did it start?
Mention when the problem was first observed.
Is the equipment currently operational?
Indicate whether the system is operating normally, partially operating, or not operating.
Is an error displayed?
Provide the exact error or warning indication where possible.
Attach Photos
For equipment-related issues, photographs can be particularly useful.
Where possible, attach:
- Full equipment photo
- Equipment nameplate
- Controller/display
- Error indication
- Affected component
Safety First
Do not attempt to repair, dismantle, bypass, isolate, or modify fire and life-safety equipment unless you are trained and authorized to do so.
If the issue creates an immediate threat to life or property, follow your site's emergency procedures and contact the appropriate local emergency authority.
After Submission
Customer Service will review the information and coordinate the request with the appropriate team where further technical assistance is required.
Keep your ticket number and use the same ticket for any additional communication regarding the issue.
