Fire and life-safety systems are critical to protecting people and property.
If you identify a potentially serious issue with a fire protection or life-safety system, report it promptly.
Is There an Active Emergency?
If there is:
- An active fire
- Immediate danger to life
- Smoke or another hazardous condition requiring emergency intervention
Contact your local emergency authority immediately.
Do not wait for a Help Center ticket response before taking appropriate emergency action.
Urgent Service Issues
For an urgent service-related issue that is not an active life-threatening emergency, provide:
- Company name
- Site/project
- Exact location
- Site contact person
- Contact number
- Affected system
- Description of the issue
- Current system condition
- Photographs/error indications
- Existing AMC/service information, if applicable
Clearly explain why the request is urgent.
Do Not Perform Unauthorized Repairs
Do not bypass, disable, dismantle, or modify fire and life-safety equipment unless you are appropriately trained and authorized.
Follow your facility's established fire and life-safety procedures.
