When you contact NAFFCO Customer Service through the Help Center, your request is recorded as a support ticket.
This allows the request and related communication to be tracked throughout the support process.
1. Request Submitted
You submit your inquiry through the Help Center.
A ticket number is created for reference.
2. Initial Review
Customer Service reviews the information provided to understand the nature of your request.
3. Request Classification
The request is identified according to the type of assistance required, such as:
- General inquiry
- Technical support
- Maintenance/service
- Product inquiry
- Commercial inquiry
- Complaint/feedback
- Other assistance
4. Coordination
Where necessary, Customer Service coordinates the request with the appropriate NAFFCO team.
5. Additional Information
If more information is required, you may be contacted through your support ticket.
Providing the requested information promptly can help the request progress.
6. Updates
Relevant updates and communication are maintained within the ticket.
For this reason, we recommend keeping all replies relating to the same issue within the original ticket.
7. Resolution
Once the required information, assistance, or action has been provided, the ticket may be marked as solved.
One Request, One Conversation
Avoid creating duplicate tickets for the same issue.
Using one ticket creates a clearer communication history for both the customer and the teams handling the request.
