Welcome to the NAFFCO Customer Service Help Center.
Whether you need technical assistance, maintenance support, product information, or help with a general inquiry, submitting a support ticket is the best way to ensure your request is properly recorded, tracked, and directed to the appropriate team.
How to Submit a Ticket
1. Open the NAFFCO Help Center
Visit the NAFFCO Help Center and select Submit a Request from the navigation menu.
2. Select Your Region
Select the appropriate region from the available options. This helps ensure your request is routed to the correct team.
3. Select the Appropriate Request Type
Choose the option that best represents the assistance you require.
Depending on the available options, your request may relate to:
- General inquiries
- Technical support
- Maintenance or service
- Product information
- Spare parts
- Quotations
- Complaints or feedback
- Other customer service requests
4. Provide Your Information
Complete all required fields and make sure your contact details are accurate.
Where applicable, provide:
- Customer name
- Company name
- Email address
- Contact number
- Project or site name
- Project location
5. Enter a Clear Subject
Use a short but descriptive subject.
For example:
Technical Support Required – Fire Pump Controller – ABC Tower
Avoid general subjects such as:
Help or Urgent
A clear subject allows our team to understand and route your request more efficiently.
6. Describe Your Request
Provide a detailed description of the assistance required.
For technical issues, include as much relevant information as possible, such as:
- Product or system
- Model number
- Serial number, if available
- Project/site
- Location
- Description of the issue
- When the issue started
- Error or warning messages
- Previous service/ticket reference, if applicable
7. Add Attachments
Supporting documents can help our team assess your request more efficiently.
Consider attaching:
- Equipment photographs
- Nameplate/model information
- Error screenshots
- Videos
- Service reports
- Purchase documents
- Relevant drawings or technical documents
8. Submit Your Request
Review the information and click Submit.
A support ticket will then be created and assigned a unique ticket number.
Keep your ticket number for future reference.
What Happens Next?
The NAFFCO Customer Service team will review your request and coordinate with the appropriate team when further technical, service, or commercial assistance is required.
If additional information is needed, you may receive a request for further details.
Important
If you already have an open ticket for the same issue, reply to the existing ticket instead of creating another one.
Keeping all communication under the same ticket helps maintain a complete history and allows the concerned teams to track the request more effectively.
Emergency Situations
If there is an active fire, immediate threat to life, or another emergency, do not rely solely on an online support ticket.
Contact the appropriate local emergency authority immediately and follow your site's established emergency procedures.
