Once you submit a request to NAFFCO Customer Service, a support ticket is created to help us track your inquiry from submission through resolution.
Check Your Email
Updates regarding your request may be sent to the email address associated with your ticket.
When contacting us about an existing request, keep the original ticket number in your communication.
Check Your Requests Through the Help Center
If your Help Center account provides access to your requests:
- Sign in to the NAFFCO Help Center.
- Open your profile menu.
- Select Requests or My Activities.
- Locate the relevant ticket.
- Open it to review its current status and conversation history.
Need to Provide More Information?
You do not need to create another ticket.
Open or reply to the existing request and provide the additional information there.
You may also attach supporting documents, photographs, screenshots, or other relevant information when available.
Cannot Find Your Ticket?
Check that you are using the same email address that was used when the request was originally submitted.
You can also search your email inbox for your NAFFCO support notification or ticket number.
Avoid Duplicate Requests
Please avoid submitting multiple tickets for the same issue.
Keeping the communication within the original ticket helps our Customer Service team maintain a complete record and coordinate your request efficiently.
